Our Order Process
Select the items you want from our on-line store (or by phone or fax). Our sales staff will review your order to make sure everything will work together. You will be notified if we have any suggestions or spot any potential incompatibility. In stock products usually ship within 2 business days. Most of our products are assembled and tested in our factory before shipment. Lead times may be 3 to 6 business days to accommodate our quality assurance procedures. While we do our best to keep up with our retail customers, during peak riding season, we occasionally run out of our hottest selling products. We will ask you how you wish to handle back orders if one of your products isn't in stock
In any case, your credit card will be charged when your order is placed unless requested otherwise by customer. Because all products are subject to sales, discounts, and special promotions or sale pricing in effect at the time you place your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email with charges and an internal tracking number.
Shipping
Pitbull will ship your products fully insured, shipping via UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post to the 48 contiguous United States (our choice). If you choose any other method for shipping, (or live outside of the US, in Alaska, or Hawaii) we will add the FULL cost of shipping and insurance to your order. We will add any additional COD charges (from the carrier) to your order total. We do not charge for "handling", you pay only our costs for shipping. If you encounter any shipping damage, we will assist you in filing claims with the shipper. The carrier assumes responsibility for the order once it leaves our factory.
Payment Options
All orders are subject to verification of payment. If we have any problems with your credit card, we will call or Email you before we can ship your order. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. For orders outside the U.S., the buyer is responsible for customs, tariffs, VAT, and any other tax or fee levied by government agencies in the buyer's country.
Returns
Pitbull Motorcycle Lifts has a 10 day return policy. ALL returns must be authorized in advance. Customers will call Pitbull for a return authorization number. For refunds and/or exchanges, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, have been purchased/delivered within the previous 10 business days. Products must be shipped prepaid to our Springville facility, along with date & proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies to all return merchandise and order cancellations. |

Exclusive Obligation
This product was designed for use with motorcycles and was neither designed nor manufactured as a product for use on manufactured homes, trailers, boats, cars, pickups or anything else other than motorcycles. This product was not designed nor manufactured as a product for lethal purposes This product may not be used for unlawful purposes and that use is expressly prohibited under the terms and conditions of use.
Use limitations
You may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from Watson’s MFG. LLC/ Pitbull Motorcycle Lifts facility, website or its products.
Warranty
The Pitbull Motorcycle Lift has a Lifetime Warranty extended to the original purchaser of the product. It applies to all the workmanship of the lift and we stand behind it 100%. Pitbull Motorcycle Lifts warrants each product it manufactures to be free from defective materials and workmanship. Pitbull also agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the unit (at our option), provided the unit is delivered to us, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to our factory. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, accidents, nor to units which have been repaired or altered outside of our factory. You must summit a copy of your sales receipt as proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Watson’s MFG. LLC/ Pitbull Motorcycle Lifts be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the assembling of, or with the use or misuse of its products. We are in no way, shape or form liable for damages caused to yourself, your motorcycle or your personal property because of your negligence or misuse of our products.
Other Statements
Watson’s MFG. LLC/ Pitbull Motorcycle Lift's employees or representatives, oral or other written statements, do not constitute warranties, and shall not be relied upon by buyer and is not part of the contract for sale of this Lifetime Warranty.
Modifications of Terms and Conditions
